"Too Bright The Sun" by Lazlo Ferran is a spectacular piece of science fiction. Well written with deep and interesting characters it combines science fiction action and entertainment with reflection on humanity.
He handles the moral and ethnic issues that often creep up in science fiction but rarely get treated with serious thought particularly well.
Supply of iron across the Universe and the various space colonies and the role and treatment of clones made me think a lot about the future of our planet and human kind.
For fans of regular scienc fiction however there is plenty of enjoyable reading to be had: heroes, rebels and space travel, to name but a few.
The title already mentions those excellent main ingredients in this scientifically also very competent thriller. A writer to watch.
